Lots of kits on the market these days, BUT you will pucker at the cost. Good kits with Bosch wideband are around $500 or so. It's a big hit at first but totally invaluable for engine monitoring and tuning. I have seen some lower priced kits around $350 or so.
Just need to decide if you or someone else will tune the beast. Going with Nelson and others would probably negate the need.

I got a PLX Devices M300 on eBay for a great price. It can hook into the DIY tuning software (HPT, EFILive, etc), or a stand alone computer setup (megasquirt, etc). I paid $313.

You really can't go wrong adding this to your truck -- it may seem like a lot of money, but the peace of mind is worth it -- instant in cab feedback about your fuel system status.
