Is there anyone out there that makes stronger tensioners for our trucks

magna charger does...do a search because there is a thread in here about it somewhere.

sorry guess i should be more specific. my bracket is what is bending and then braking. the tensioner stays fine. and i have a procharger instead

I thought you were referring to the stock dayco tensioner...does procharger use a different one? If not that magna charger one will work good for ya i bet...i keep a spare dayco in my truck because i to have snapped mine in half..
