Unhappy Strange grinding/vibrating sound from engine..

I have a 1996 Chevy Suburban, and for the past week the engine makes this grinding/vibrating sound like something caught in something sound at idling speed or low speeds, when I accelerate on the gas pedal it goes away at faster speeds around 30 mph or so. I know this is a shot in the dark but does anyone have any idea what this can be? I have a video I put on YouTube I'll provide with the link with the sound it's making. My only concern is it's the only way I have to get to work and I hope I'm not killing my engine. Thanks in advance. Link:

What part of the engine does it sound like it's coming from?

Sounds like an electric ***** laying in the bottom of your intake manifold...

Sounds external. Maybe an exhaust manifold shield, loose motor mount, clutch fan touching the fan cover...look for something touching .

Looked for anything touching the fan, nothing seems to be there. The sounds seems to be coming from the dead center of the motor around the fan area though. You think it's bad to keep driving it? I just don't wanna destroy my engine until I have the cash to get it looked at....

Try taking the belt off and letting it run for a minute to see if it goes away if not you should have a flexplate cover that is removable take that off and see of it changes/stops..... Definitely sounds external!!! Ive seen weird *** noises caused by little stupid stuff, hard to pinpoint with a video though...

Sounds like a shot water pump bearing allowing the rotor to touch the pump chamber.
