Default Stock underbody pics

Can I see some stock underbody pics or even those with exhaust.

I am looking all over.

This is all I can find.

So there is a y-pipe on all of them? Is this stock?

The cats look like stock but I have never seen a y-pipe with flex tubing in it like that before.

Here's a little bit of mine with the StainlessWorks catted y-pipe...

P.S. that pic in your first post is basically the stock configuration, but that exhaust has been modified, there's no flex pipe in the factory exhaust. All of the non-6.0's have a y-pipe, while the 6.0 trucks have a dual exhaust that runs where the y-pipe would and goes into a dual inlet, single outlet muffler.

Is your Y-pipe bolted to your transmission pan?

Correct...the angle of the pic is a little deceiving. That clamp is where the SW y-pipe slips together.

sorry to ask this off topic. Bud, how many miles do you have on your truck? I ask because i only have 29K on my yukon and the front DS axle seems to be leaking some and there is a little oil at the back of the engine like the rear seal is leaking slightly. Your truck is extremely clean under there.

Cool

Sorry

Snake Eater - Mine has 37500 miles and it has the same leaks as you describe on yours. The front of the front DS is wet and there is a little oil at the back of the engine. Maybe these are kind of a common problems.

I have about 50K on my truck right now. had about 47K when those pics were taken...I've been lucky enough to always live close to where I work since I've owned the truck, so my mileage stays low. I also make sure to get the undercarriage wash when I go through the car wash, and always keep an eye out for leaks when I change my oil every few months. So far, the only real leaks that I've had have been the steering gear box and front diff pinion seal which have both been repaired and any residue has been cleaned afterwards. Knock on wood, I haven't had any engine oil leaks yet.
