Default stock oil cooler any good?

I was wanting to know if:
-the stock engine oil cooler in the 05+ radiators were efficient?
-anybody had any before/after oil temp numbers?
-do the stock oil cooler lines/cooler cause a drop in oil pressure?

i know my truck has a skinny long (haha) cooler that sits next to the factory trans cooler. i would think its a oil cooler but i never cared to follow the lines. i see no point in a power steering cooler?

It really helps in off-road. 4 years back thought it was the tranny cooler, for some reason, I took a look inside, the piping etc.. and figured it out later lawl.
