Stock Intake, parts needed???

Stock Intake, parts needed???
OK so, i have this intake off my donner motor (2002 6.0 LQ9) I am going to reuse the one off my 5.3 because i have drive by wire... Do i need anything special off the old 6.0 intake??? If yes, why?
And more importanyly, if I don't need anything off of it how much $$$$ is worth if i sell it complete???
