Default stock cam specs?

Picked up an 05 w/ 5.3 the other day, looking at cams, anyway, what are the stock lift duration lsa, all the jaz for my truck? Iron block 5.3, I don't know where to find the build codes, but I believe it is either the l59 or lm7. I see alot of you are swapping out for a 6.0, but I sold off my powerstroke because
A. I needed 4 doors,
B. The pain at the pump was excruciating, esp this summer....6.0 get notoriously bad gas mileage, and that is a little concern, so I'm gonna stick with the 5.3

I don't care about lope, who cares if it sounds cool sitting in the driveway, but falls on its face till you wind it up to the moon.

I need my stock specs for comparison numbers, I can't really make and educated shop If I don't have anything to compare to.

What 6.0s are getting bad gas mileage? The SSS trucks don't get too bad at all. The only reason why the 2500hd trucks get such bad gas mileage is they weight 1000 pounds more than 1500 trucks. Even the SSS trucks are pretty damn heavy compared to a 2wd truck.

There are guys getting over 20mpg with 6.0 engines.

191/190 .457/.466 114

I got these specs from How To Build High-Performance Chevy LS1/LS6 V-8s

It only lists up to an '04 for a LM7 or LR4 but you probably have the same cam or very close.
