I'm running it. Final test and tune of the season. As slow as my truck is, I'm still addicted.
I was going to go today, but my friend who I've been trying to get down there all year had to work.
Got the engine out of the bed with no issues, pictures in a few.

Great looking engine man. $1800 isn't a bad price at all. I paid $1200 for my 75k mile 02 LQ9. Turns out it had a couple exhaust bolts broken off in the head which forced me to change the heads and ended up costing me more. You'll love the 6.0...it's not gonna be a massive change, but it just feels like what should come standard.

[QUOTE=DV2000NJ;4336835]Pulled it to the end of the bed strong-man style.

for a second there i thought you were gonna tie the straps to the garage door and pull the tablecloth move

Step two is asking dumb questions about cams once I confuse myself reading tons of contradicting stuff.
I was able to get an engine stand for 40 bucks from an older guy in my neighborhood tonight.
Yesterday E-town was a freaking mess. I'll probably start a thread with some pictures later tonight.
The air was great though, and I ran 4/10 faster than last time.
