Default starting engine

Just wondering what to do to an engine before i start it. It hasnt been turned over in about 2 yrs. Fluids and everything is still in it. I figured I would drain all the fluids, but what else should I do before starting it? also its a 02 5.3 motor

The fluids changes would be a good thing and a shot of WD-40 in all the spark plug holes to make sure the rings are freed up would help also.

I don't see why you would need to.
