I knew my psyichological powers would force you into placing the 6.0 in there!
My next psychological step is getting you to put the heads & cam on there now as well.
It's the easiest time and no better time to do it too.
You know your starting to itch now huh.......
Watch that credit card, it will start burning a hole in your pocket in no time!!

It really depends on how you will be using your truck and how high of a stall converter you will want to have.
I'll PM you a reference for help.

I'm running the TB stall with my cam and IMO its just a tad too small. I drive it every day and it doesn't bother me a bit. I think a 3000 work work about perfect with my cam. The 6.0 TQ helps alot to make up for loss of low end that the cam created.
I think with your lighter RCSB a cam around 224 would be perfect with a 2500 stall.

It would be better, but the 6.0 likes a bit bigger cam than most 5.3L guys are use to.
After you figure out your duration, then comes the amount of lift and the lsa you will want. A 114-115 lsa will give you decent idle with a little chop to it.
I'm not really sure what kind of lift to suggest.
