Go to Magnachargers website and bring up the C5 kit instructions they show exactly how to pin the crank.I've lost a crank pulley and strongly reccomend pinning the crank.

Brian, saw the procedures in the C5 instructions. Is that a kit you can buy from Magna? The drill guide and pins?

It can be done with the motor in the truck,I've done it.A good lift is very helpful.I had plenty of room without removing anything, but I do have electric fans.
