Default Stall choice

Im finally warming up to the idea of adding a stall on my truck, i know nothing about stalls other than they make acceleration more efficiently.
Mods currently on my 08 4.8 single cab are long tubes, 373s , 112lsa 220/220 cam.
this is my Daily driver ,once in a while i will get on it, but other than that i drive normal lol
What stall would be ideal for my truck?
How much would my mpgs fall under normal driving with the stall?
i was leaning more of a stall in the 3200 range, any info on what brands are best?

I have a circle d 3200a stall in my truck now and love it. Mines a 3200 rpm stall with my cam and its a good match. I would rec. Reaching out to the company who made that cam and see what size the recommend.

You MPG city will fall alot. I used to get 370 miles out of my 25 gallon tank. Now if im very easy im lucky to get 290 out of it.

Yeah, you really need a higher stall to let that can breathe. You'll be amazed at the difference a good stall and a tune are going to make on that 4.8.

Im running a yank pro truck 3600 224/230

Very happy with it. RPM is always in the sweet spot.
Got a local trans shop to install the converter, corvette servo, and Transgo HD2 at the same time. made a really nice difference.
