Default stall

I am going to put a ls1 in my truck. How big of a stall would you run. Going to spray also. Have no idea. I also was told that if i go to big then I am going to burn it out. Thanx

Id do a 3200 with a big tranny cooler.

either a vigilante 3200 or a yank tt3000.

depends, are you going to spray it right out of the hole? if you plan to spray right from the go, 2600-2800. 3000 otherwise.

make sure you get a 1.8 to 2.0 str. if you use a 2.5 it will never hook up. im using a midwest 2800 with a 2.0str, very pleased. you can purchase on at perforance transmission in bossier city, la. i payed just over $400 for mine and is good for 550hp. yanks and vig. are good but at least twice the price.
