Does anyone have Stainless Works LT headers on their truck? I am thinking about buying a set (with cats & y-pipe) and would like to get any feedback about fitment, quality, or any other comments. I want to stay with cats so it is either the Stainless Works or the Dynatechs. I have a 2000 ECSB w/5.3 and 4wd if that makes any difference. Chime in and let me hear some opinions. Thanks!

I have a set on my 04 RCSB; 5.3, and I like em. The fit was pretty good, I have a lift, and when I did my install, I jacked the body up just to make it easier. I'm not a huge fan of the band clamps for sealing, and had to do quite a bit of fooling with them to get them to finally seal, but all is good now.

I was actually kind of a test vehicle to see if they'd fit the 99-02's, as the guys at SW weren't sure if they'd fit, but they knew that they fit the 03-06's. Well they fit great, and installation was a direct bolt in Here's some pics:

Almost forgot...I'm not sure if SW is offering their headers with provisions for EGR and/or AIR, they didn't when I got mine. My truck originally came with EGR from the factory, but since I swapped in an 02 PCM which is non-EGR, I was able to delete it (EGR). Not sure if your truck has AIR, but I'll just about guarantee that it has EGR from the factory.

I am generally satisfied with mine.
Pass side was very tricky to get in on the AV. Removing the coil packs helped.
Still seems to have a pass side frame knock issue on left turns only. The clamps can dimple the tubes slightly, locking them together. So future disassembly might not be as easy as it looks.
