Well, i got the info on the S2 heads and cam to match my 5psi blower. The 5.3 flow info is as follows:

Iwent to the traxk last wed. the track was still a bit cold. w/the 20's and no traction i was runing 13.9@ 100.1, the rest were 14.1 14.3. It was 21* out so the mph was up a bit. Im trying to match the cam as best as possible so i dont lose any boost. As soon as my $2500 insurance is paid off, im going to order the heads/cam.in about 1 month they should be done. What are you guys Paying for s2 heads ? Patriot Racing gave me a damn good price for the headwork. I also need to decide if i want a lower compresion head or a higher one before i order them. Patriot makes the heads 10.5 to1 compression as opposed to the stock 9.5 to 1. If i want to lower it, i can too.
