spring and pushrod ??

Default spring and pushrod ??

i have an 04 silverado with the 5.3 and im going to be installing a 222-224 566-.568 on a 112lsa cam. my question is what kind of pushrods would i need? one more question i have is i got the cam used, they gave me a some springs with it and they have blue stipes on them what springs are they?
