a98ws6: Yes, this system would eliminate the Y-Pipe.

Wolftrk99: There are guys that have successfully installed cats into our Y-Pipes yes. At least on the 2wd, I am not sure on the 4wd trucks.

03sierraslt: Yes, sir. I am assuming your talking about the cross-member for the two piece drive-line mount. I dont have a picture of the polished version. But, here is our prototype of the connection pipes for those 1999-2006 crew & extended cab trucks. The two welds at the end are removed on our polished version.

Thanks
Sean

Yep that looks right. Mine is not a two piece drive line but has that crossmember. I'll see if I can find a old pic. Props to you guys for taking that into account.

If you sold the crossover pipe by itself as an option to the ory there would probably be a lot of happy people that have the split pipes!! Looks like it would bolt right up!!!

Isnt that crossmember on the 4wd ec and cc truck just basically a frame stiffener? Only thing on it iirc s an exhaust hanger, maybe wrong but

Not sure if its structural or not. I know the 99-06 extended cabs use that cross-member for the 2 piece driveline bearing mount. The 99-06 Crew Cabs dont use it at all, and the 07-13 trucks dont even have the cross-member on extended cabs or crew cabs.

What are the chances of this being made to exit the back or out the side behind the wheel as a kit?

That has been answered multiple times. They are not looking to build a full out the rear system at this time. If you need it out the sides or out the rear bumper take it to an exhaust shop and have them add pipes.

Very interested in this one day with 1 7/8" headers. Awesome.
