I just got the fuel system 2 days ago and its almost done, here are some pics, on the second pics, circled on yellow, can anyone tell me if thats the vacuum line and where could I hook it up to? Also I install a gauge on the regulator so what would be the right pressure on it?

The port in the second pic is for vacuum connection just like the factory regulator. Use a piece of vacuum tubing and connect the port on the regulator to the port on the intake manifold for the oem regulator. You might have to adjust your fuel pressure with the new regulator.

Got the setup done just in time for the track, with the vacuum line connected it would get way rich, so had to desconected and put the regulator on 60psi ran better but not good it was still rich then at 57psi again better but still rich and then the track close down, damn. I'll try next time dropping it more till it gets it.
