Default Spark plugs

I got some ngk 4177 spark plugs that ima put in a ls1 truck. But where should i gap them at? .40?

I am taking it that you are using these plugs because you are going to spay it or you are running super high compression. So with that said being a much colder plug than stock yes .040 gap will be good..

So what would be stock gapping?

But im getting near to settig up a rear mount turbo system.

The stock is the same .040 but is a iridium plug and hotter.....

I do believe the LS1's w/AC Delco's were originally gapped at .060, then followed by a TSB for .055.

Well, since we don't know anything about how this "LS1 truck" is set up, how can we possibly give you any kind of accurate information? Just sayin....

The Delco platinums were .060, then the iridiums were/are .040 from the factory...
