Default Spark Plug And Wires Question???

Ok My Boss Has Been Telling Me That He Wants To Change His Spark Plugs And His Wires He Has 45,000 Miles And Dogs The Hell Out His Truck. I Dont Think He Should, But I Wanna See What You All Think Is It A Good Idea To Change Them? If So What Kind Of Spark Plugs And Wires Are The Best To Go With? For The Way He Drives. Is There Any That Will Give Him Better Performance???

I don't think its neccessary to change them, but if he's dead set on it just tell him to get some MSD's or Taylors and some NGK TR-55's
