Default Installing Pacesetter LT's, exhaust tubing and muffler options

I have a 99 ECSB NBS 2500 with the 6.0L. I currently have a Vararam ram air intake, custom tune, velocity stack, and magnaflow muffler on the stock piping. I will be ordering some Pacesetter LT's shortly and I'm trying to decide on what to do about the exhaust. Originally I was thinking true duals with an X or H pipe, high flow cats, and glasspacks. I can weld, but I don't have a bender or any tools needed to fabricate the exhaust, so I will have to take it to a shop after I install the headers. Should I just keep the single magnaflow muffler and get the ORY or should I go ahead and get true duals? I am planning on a small cam in the next year after I get a good high flow exhaust, maybe a 210/218 so I don't want to restrict my cam by cheaping out on the exhaust. My magnaflow is based on the 2 3/4 in. stock piping so if I got the ORY I would have the shop make the tubing go from 3in. to 2 3/4 after the headers. Is this going to be enough flow or do I need 3in. piping all the way with true duals? Remember I am planning on doing a cam in the future.

Since you can weld, you could just buy some J-bends from summit and just bends and create your own exhaust, this is my plan. Oh and here is some info from Magnaflows website you might be interested in...

I can weld, but I don't have access to a welder right now. I'm off at school.
