spark plug gapping???

im changing my spark plugs...witch would be the best or requierd gap i should put??? (on my 5.3)

What kind of plugs did you go with, it makes a difference. If copper plugs (like NGK TR55), go .055 to .060, if platinums, the gap should be .060, if iridium, I believe that the gap is .045...

hmmm....all my gaps are wrong then on my trucks. Oops I guess I will be changing the gaps

I guess mine are wrong too, TR55 coppers gapped at .040

Yea, that gap is too tight...that sounds like the iridium spec...
