i have a k&n and exhaust and beat a lot of trucks around town, but im having trouble with this 2002 q-cab dakota 4.7 standard with no mods, i have only beat it once.

roller rockers, ls1 heads, 6.0 intake manifold, cut outs, nitrous, stall converter!?! anything

 

Wouldnt bother, no, same as yours, prob not, would def be faster, would be a good idea.

Id get a custom tune if your looking for cheaper things, if you wanna spend some money and do soem work on it put a cam and stall in it.

 

you have an 06 clip on yours, has to look sweet! got any pics?

 

Its in the body shop still from the front clip and color change.

 

u gotta send some pics when its finished, thats what i was wanting to do, but only got as far as upgrading the taillights to 2004+.

Cam, converter, ls6 heads and intake manifold, headers, exhaust if you want to stay N/A

Any type of forced induction would be a great help....depends on what you're looking for from it.
