Default sorry guys, another exhaust question

i have posted here in the past for weeks about my 1981 c10 5.3 swap. Well i am limited to what exhuast manifolds i can use. I ended up having to use the 00-02 fbody exhaust manifolds. I have uet to find a set or lsx style headers for this swap.

My question is:

Is 2.5" dual exhaust with hooker aerochambers turned out in fron of the rear tires gonna be good enough for the 5.3? I would imagine, but just wanted to double check with you guys. Plus do you guys think it sound agressive enough?

When you say "turned out in front of the rear tires" do you mean like the exhaust tips being right on the side of the rear tire? Kinda like the Ford Lightning exhaust.

If so, with the aerochambers I think it'll give you a nice rumble and good tone. 2.5" duals is a pretty descent setup that'll be just like stock ,but you will have the duals.

yeahi am gonna turn them out like the lightnings, but on both sides, with the f-body cast aluminum tips. Kinda look like the yukon tips, but aluminum. I think it will look good.

I dont want the truck to have that "popcorn popping" sound on acceleration
