Default So what kind of mpg are you guys getting out of your 408

So what kind of mpg are you guys getting out of your 408. I am trying to decide if upgrading my motor would be a better option then a radix, or STS Turbo. I want my setup to be reliable because this is my daily driver. but I would like to get my truck into the 12’s

No 408 here, but I do have 390 rwhp and get 18-19mpg with my Radix.

Really and truly, if your hp goals are pretty reasonable your best bet is to go forced induction... it costs about what a good long block would cost, but it will still idle and drive like stock... until you mash on it.

Just my $.02...
