I'm swapping in a 2001 6.0 with ls3 heads and l92 truck intake in a week or so. I'm upgrading the tranny to a 4l65. The truck is a 2000 4x4 half ton with a 4.8 and 4l60.


I've got the adapter pigtails for the ls3 injectors.
The 4l65 tranny is out of a 2002 Escalade. Will all the harnesses from the 4l60 match up? My Silverado is a push button 4x4. I'm using a NW cable 90mm throttle body.

Am I missing anything in my preparations?

 

I'm just assuming that the L92 intake is a returnless fuel setup. Did you address that since your truck currently has a return type?

 

No I didn't. How do you suggest I do this?
