Will these not end up galling the shaft like the others?

Roller tips tend to weigh too much at the valve stem and make valve control harder. There are few if any roller tip LS rockers that make any real benefit.

The trunion actually rides on an interlocking bearing design made by INA Bearings. They are part of the SCHAEFFLER GROUP and also own LUK and a few others.
The bearing is made specifically for instances like this so its not some cobbled together setup.
The shaft/trunion never sees wear as the inner race is pressed directly onto it, instead of the trunion being the inner race itself. then the outer race presses into the rocker trunion bore BUT the difference in the gm design there is the outer trunion also locks in between the inner race so it will not come off period. In fact youd have to literally destroy the whole assembly just to get it apart.

And as far as the no roller tip no interest goes, Leroy went 7.80s with stock ls1 rockers with che trunions. That speaks for itself. 300 passes.

Plus the ever popular btr dual .660s (and a few others that dont post disclaimers) and roller rockers dont mix so that would negate the reason for a new setup anyway.

The rockers will bolt directly onto the following heads
806
317
862
853
706
035
241
243
799

Which means all 4.8/5.3/5.7/6.0 engines with cathedral port heads.

They will also work on the exhaust rocker for the rectangle port l92 and ls3 heads.

Trunions are verified to work in all the rockers save for ls7s. Still need a set to test fit them.

1.7 ratio only

Price will be set soon. I have a test set out right now that will report back...but short of totally mangling the trunion to pieces to see the inner wear, im not sure what you guys would want to see.
So...input?
