Default Sneaky Sneak Hidden Nitrous Bottle

As some of you know I went snapped some long over due pics of my truck this weekend. I thought I would take this opportunity to show you my very hidden nitrous bottle. When I first put the nitrous on it was ALL hidden. So when hidden that even people that knew it was on there had a hard time finding the parts. But I have gotten more blatant with it now and stepped up to a two stage and am building a stand alone fuel system for the wet part (slowly)

I still have my nitrous bottle in its original spot and I thought I would share it with you guys. I failed to remove the bottle for the most recent rain storm so its got some road debris on it in the pics. It normally stays clean.

The bottle is mounted under the passengers side step. Opposite of the gas tank.

The brackets are backwards and upside down so the bottle maintains the correct orientation. I also have the old style NOS bottle in the pic but the location and brackets with fit any style of 10lb bottle and valve.

Ive had it under there for almost two years. I got the idea for mounting it upside down when I saw a bottle hanging on the back of a flat bottom racing boat. I figure if it can survive a flat bottom racing boat there is NOTHING that a road can throw at me that will compare.

Good idea. I never liked having it mounted in the bed where people could see it and mess with it.

Well I figure they fit air tanks for bagged trucks under there which are way bigger, why not a nitrous bottle.

And if you are trying to hide it someone can spend an hour looking for the bottle and never think to check UNDER the truck.

your truck could tow mine and still be faster then mine. But then again you havent been to the track yet with your new combo so who knows.

I left the fuel pump that I was going to use back at the Fresno address So the fuel system is going slowly LOL. I have gotten a few small things (AN fitting) to piece it together but none of the big stuff yet
