i'm workin on it and a water pump. got the tensioner pulley and ls6 valley already. i'm gonna pickup some fuel rail adapters and run a braided fuel line instead of tryin to rig it.

Nice Frank, are you milling those heads down any? Lucky SOB with a 04 so you don't have the return line mess to worry about .

Sp when is it going to be installed?

i'm gonna send the heads in for a little bowl work, better valve job and have 'em cut down to ~58 or so cc. the intake is off an '05 CTS-V and comes with rails, crossover, and injectors. only real issue is i'll have to find some adapter pigtails to run the car injectors.

a new cam is gonna be part of this swap also. still crunching the numbers and the jury is still out on the exhaust side, but i do know i want to maximize the lift in the shortest amount of time possible on the intake so i am leaning toward the XFI lobes with something like .605" 218* @.050.

idid the solder thing with my setup. didnt phase me but maybe next time i do something like this ill buy a R title can tear into it like i did this one.
