Default SLP 402 Question

I was considering purchasing the SLP 402 shortblock to drop into a 6400 lb truck. I understand they offer it in two compression ratios- one seems geared toward a N/A or nitrous user, the other a forced induction user. I wonder if the higher ratio version would work well with ported 6.0 heads and not be too high of compression for a 6400 lb truck?
I only want to go 10 to 1 or maybe a little higher. Any insight or opinions out there?

Thanks,

Cory

I agree, it looks like a really good deal. I don't think you should have any problems as long as the heads aren't milled. You might talk to someone at slp to make sure though.
