Post slipping tranny

Hey guys, after doing a motor swap a couple of weeks ago, my tranny has started to slip pretty bad. The tranny ran low on oil for a a couple of days which is probably what caused this. To briefly describe the problem, the tranny's 1-2 shift is pretty slow/soft and if i punch it at anything above 35 or so (1st gear downshift) the tranny slips and the revs raise about 2k for a second or so, and drop back down. Anyway, if you guys could diagnose my problem I would appreciate it, since I'm trying to sell my truck. Also, could I bring it back to the dealership to have it fixed, since my truck is still under warranty.

Run it real low on fluid and you're screwed...

I did that in my FLP on my T/A and now it's toast.
