Skit at idle. LQ4

Skit at idle. LQ4
I just replaced the head gaskets and now the truck has a skip at idle. It doesn't skip anywhere else other than at idle. The gaskets are sealed and compression is good. Has anyone ever seen this or know what is causing it? The motor is an lq4.
