Whats really annoying now is when I had them take my cats out a few weeks ago, they did a shitty job putting it back together so one of the pipes vibrates against the frame, very embarrassing.

With my 408, I went LT to high flow cats, to x pipe, to 30" magnas. Dumped right after axel. Pretty quiet now. Tried no cats, horrible drone, tried bullets instead of cats, no luck. Best system I have found.

weeeeeeellllll........ looks like its just too much muffler, no way are both of the 22" case mufflers going to fit, partly because of the torsion bar crossmember is in the way. if they made a 3" di/do 4x9x18 muffler that would be perfect, but no such thing exists, so it looks like ill be doing 4" round mufflers infront of the big one.

Well finally got it done, well actually curt did after 6 and a half hours

Ended up using my 2 3" cats (59559), 2 6" round 14" mufflers (14619), some 3" u-bends from summit to make it easier, my big muffler (12594), and a flo-pro 4" tailpipe since the one I got wasnt working well. Curt did an awesome job putting it together. It sounds sweet, a little louder at idle than I was expecting but it doesnt get much louder than that with RPM. The only spot I can hear the exhaust is around 1700-1900 rpm, any other place and its totally silent inside, especially at highway speeds which is what I was going for.

heres some pics

I took some videos but they dont give an accurate idea of the sound. The tone is very smooth and very deep and rumbly. At WOT it doesnt get raspy, but more like starts growling.

Im putting my old stuff and the stuff I didnt use up for sale if anyone wants it!
