What year esclade would this be from? The LQ9s or the new 6.2s?

I found the tailpipe on rockauto for $32 new, if its 3.5" then that seems like a heck of a deal if it fits...

The muffler from a Denali or Escalade equipped with a 6.0L is a dual in / dual out configuration, but one of the exit side pipes is a dummy. It's really not a dummy as it has a function, it goes into a resonation chamber in the back of the muffler, but exhaust does not flow through it from the engine side.

I am referring to the NNBS trucks. They have 3.5" catbacks.

I knew that's what you were refering to, but the question was just asked as to whether or not it was the 6.0 or 6.2 muffler.

I also use the 22" DI/DO Magnaflow, Long-Tubes and no cats. Everything was fine until I axed the cat's (they were melting), then I couldn't stand it. I ended up adding a DynoMax Bullet in each pipe before the Magnaflow and it calmed it way back down.

i like mine alot. i got long tubes, dual 3 inch pipes merging into a single 3.5 y, then unto a 22 inch hooker arechamber with 3 inch inlet/outlets opened up to 3.5 inches with a 3.5diesel mandrel pipe going over the axle and dumped with a 4 inch resonator tip.

i can hear my cam very nicely, no drone and no rasp, very smooth when acceralerating, it is a lil loud but not obnoxious and a lil loud is acceptable to me being my truck is mildly modified. got to expect some performance sound from a performance motor and exhaust, right??? rob (956) 802-7700.

My Magnaflow drones now too. Especially after the LTs. I loved the sounds my C6 Vette made with the Corsa Touring on it. I might go that route. It was only loud at WOT.

Oh, My drone is in the 22-2800 RPM range too. Seems to be most bothersome at hwy speeds in top gear about 70MPH. I also spend alot of time at that speed.
