he didn't get it done. surprise hat!!!
he said that they were being bolted to the table as he left the shop and they are guaranteed to be finished tomorrow. I've heard all of this before. I told him i'm coming around 5:30 tomorrow to pick them up whether they are finished or not, no excuses.

he didn't have it done in 2 hours, and I doubt his guarantee of today will work.
