Default Should I Dyno with 750 miles?

just wondering if there is any reason why I wouldn't want to dyno my truck with 750 miles on the odometer?

It's a little low for me, but maybe I'm being too conservative?

Think of it this way...

Does Nascar, or an NHRA racer put 1000miles on a motor before they dyno it? Does Lingenfelter or Ken Duttweiler put a 1000miles on a motor before they see an engine dyno?

DO IT MAN!!!!

Give it hell!

I've hear this from some old skewl racers, if you break it in fast, it will run fast. It went something like that anywyas.

Yup

I figure the way we beat on these things, and if we throw FI into the mix, they problably won't see 100k anyway so longevity is a moot point.. I am the 5.3L Destroyer! Hear me roar!!!! LOL

I've heard that by 500 miles everything that's needed to happen inside the motor has already happened. My vote is to go for it. You gonna try and get in on the Sat. thing? I'm really interested in what your truck will do stock before you start modding on it.

If you're interested I'd call and ask Tanner. A couple people will likely cancel tomorrow. There might also be a waiting list. I doubt they'll turn you away, but I'd call and see what they say anyway. Do you have your HPT setup yet?
