Should I do it?

I've been searching around for an exhaust, and I found something interesting. I want to get a Magnaflow dual rear exit exhaust, and prices have ranged from $550-$600 so far (with tax and shipping). Then I came across a shop were it's only $340 (about $370 with tax).
I asked to make sure it was the right exhaust and he told me it's cheaper because they use their own pipes. In other words, they get the Mangnaflow muffler and tips, but they use there own pipes to complete it so it is cheaper.
Do you guys think this sounds like a good idea? I know the pipes will probably be cheap and unpolished, but who looks under the truck anyway? They still use the polished tips too, as I said before.

If your not looking for like absoulutely the most HP out of the truck then I would say let the shop do it. I had crimp bends on my camaro and it didnt hurt the performance. Mandrel bends look better, and for race cars is a must but if your just gonna do a couple mods then save the cash and have the shop do it.

It really makes no difference if the muffler shop is good. The crush vs mandrel bend is important. A crush bend will hinder airflow. Just stay at the shop and watch them, sometimes a shop will cut off the tubing just behind the muffler. You want to make sure they cut as close to the cats as possible. (cat back) Plus you can tell them exactly where you want your tip to sit.
