Default shift points w/ flp?

i noticed that ever since putting in the flp level 4 my shift points seem to be off. i checked the tune and their set for 5800rpm but it shifts around 5400-5600?? anybody know what would make it do that?? could the tach be wrong??

this is just a guess but i bet on a stock tranny it has to start shifting eairly in order to get the shift done in time. now it sends the same shift signal with a little lead time but the tranny shifts so much faster that it brought the real shift points down.
