seafoaming a 6.0 hd?

Default seafoaming a 6.0 hd?

Just picked up a high mileage 99 6.0 hd. It has the power brake assisted power stering. question is, how do u get the seafoam into the intake. Thanks.

Get a can of sea foam deep creep, Pull the intake tube off the throttle body, spray liberally into the intake as far back as you can and work your way to the front. There was a really good write up on here a while back that was from ls1tech, I'll try and find it. I just sea foamed my truck last week for the second time since I've owned it. Worked great!

What are your plans for the engine? You do realize it has a different crank than '01+? It should have cast iron heads too.

Got truck as a tow rig only. lookin to get a little better gas mileage and durability out of it.
