Default Safety recall

Got a card in the mail today about the wife's 2001 Tahoe. It says safety recall campaign#02039 concerning "pinch points". Anybody hear about this??? I am going to call tomorrow and get the scoop.

Found it. Seems some people were'nt watching their hands while folding down the second seat and got their fingers pinched.

That doesn't sound like a safety issue to me, it sounds like gods way of weeding out the stupid.

Ya, on the surface it does. But remember its 2002 and you can't be held responsible for not watching where you put your own damn fingers. I mean gee, what would all the lawyers do?? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
I don't think I'll be rushing down to the dealership about this one. The wife did lose a lot of brain cells after the kid, but she's not that stupid.
