Default Safe or unsafe?

Is it a bad idea to mount the corvette filter to the firewall like this. I have a good piece of racetronix hose and fittings connecting it to the rail. Any objections?

Is the bend to tight? I had to brace it to the intake with an old mount/fasnter.

I primed the system several times, no leaks.

I don't see why it would be a problem. As long as nothing rubs and no leaks.
