Wow those ASMs look horrible. I have the Hamms and dont have any rust at all. They use stainless tubing that they coat, bigkid might be talking about the weld rusting. I think he got his before me and he lives in a harsher climate which i'm sure has something to do with it as well...

I would imagine they do it theirselves. I would imagine they do it cheaper with thier crappy stuff for dirt cheap.

My ASM headers are about 2yrs old and have absolutely no rust.They look as good as the day I had them installed.

my headers got to see all the snow and salt since it was a daily driver and the ac seemed to drop water right on it wich i am sure didn't help.
