Default running 60lb injectors vs. 8.1's...over kill?

Was on a site that sells plug and play injectors for trucks, the marine 44lb 8.1's were the same price as the 60lbers, so why not just buy the 60's, tune them as needed and have plenty left over for future mods...or does it not work like that?

biggest injectors they have are the 60's. but 60lbers will flow most needs. and there the same price as the 44lbers.
