Its a stock lifter just like any other LS motor from the factory. Just tell them you need a cam for an LS motor. That question has never been asked to me by any cam company i've called.
An only true way to dial in a pushrod is to use the pushrod tool and a dial indicator. Which most cam gurus can dial that in with ease by simple math. Almost every new motor without head work runs a 7.425" pushrod. You wont have any issues running a 7.4" either it'd just be less preload on the lifter
