Default rollbar ?'s for Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab

Now that I'm in the 11's, I need some advice, tips, tricks, pics, ect for putting a rollbar in my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab Duramax/Allison. Anyone know of a good installer/fab shop in Michigan, perferably on the west side of MI or even better near Grand Rapids?

Otherwise does anyone know of a decent priced manual tubing bender that can handle up to 2" round tubing and do mandrel bends? I plan on using 1-3/4" with .134 wall mild steel. I know a guy that can do the welding. He knows his stuff and has a TIG and MIG welder.

Here's a pic of what the 8 point rollbar will look like. I want to use removable sidebars (DS & PS) and want the rear supports to go along the headliner in the back seat then drop down between the rear seat and window.
