Default Rod & spring combo for TR220

New to cam swaps, tried searching but didn't really find anything set in stone.

What pushrod and spring combo would work best with a TR220 cam? Its for a 01 5.3. Would appreciate any help guys!

Comp 918's or better PAC 1218's....Basically a good quality beehive spring that is good til .600 will work....some have even got away with yellow ls6 springs....

Any hardened 7.4 pushrod will work (assuming heads have not been milled)

Heads are stock. Good to know the 7.4's will work, was going to buy a set I found on tech but needed to make sure they'd work first.

Whats the difference between the Comp 918's and Pac1218s?

The Comp 918's have a history of breaking and the PAC 1218's do not...other than that they have the same specs
