Are you going to tak it apart to look at the block and piston and everything? I'm curious at to why it failed where it did.

I had a 500ci Caddy motor I build (for a stock car
) that broke like that, only it broke the rods on either side of #3 main. Tells me I had a oiling problem with #3, cuz that main bearing feeds both of those rods. But the rods where still bolted to the crank, just broke off like yours.
