welp i was out drivin around in enid a few hours ago and take off from a light just normal and go to about 3/4 throttle then boom..smoke goes everywhere..i knew exsactly what it was..look under see oil everywhere..and i see part of the pan hanging by the sensor..**** it done for..the rod bolts held it was the rod that broke..welp i told my girlfriend that ive been needing a 6.0 here lately..looks like its going in..pics are coming as soon as they finish loading..

hahaha...sorry

Good excuse to get the 6.0. Sounds like you better go with forged internals on it though..

Ive got a 6.0 sitting in my shop that I need to build too, but I want to see what this 5.3 will take, so Im sure ill be building it soon enough.

we knocked on wood for your tranny but you didnt for the motor! Sorry to hear that but its a good excuse to build a 6.0.

6.0 here we go..gonna be a while..i paid a kid 30 bucks to tow me back home and i dont think the extra 3 bucks i got left will get the 6.0 yet..

that sucks dude, i never thought that your motor would go before a stock trans. i guess that proves 90 bottle of gas arent too good for you rods. weird that the engine wasnt even on full load with the spray. wouldnt think a harmonic got it would ya? doubtful. o well, take out a loan for your engine man

tranny bolts, tc bolts, motor mounts out and ill have it pulled..
