Old lift divide by 1.7 multipy that by 1.8. Then account for one broken rocker and a dropped valve.

But, that answers your question.
No, its not going to do much. Which is why when someone asks about buying a set of rockers for $300-$500 everyone says not to do it. You can get a better gain with a cam swap for that price.
He's just buying them cuz they are cheap and every little bit helps.

how would a broken rocker cause you to drop a valve?

you would need to brake valvespring...
