It is tuned, speed density, cam 224/230 114.. I tore it down a year so ago was going turbo, said **** it, took kit off and put headers back on, but last night , foot braking in drive way would down to 11-13 af the stay 12s for minute or so, something is telling it’s the filter only, cause I don’t have a pipe on for intake right now... just threw it back together lol..

it drops for a min or a couple seconds? Get a intake tube back on.

A cat test will also cause the air fuel ratio to drop and it can also cause it to rise to 15-16 for short periods of time.

HP Tuners can't disable the test but plugging the rear o2 sensors back in fixed that issue on my 2006 Sierra.

Get your CAI/breather system finalized then have the tune addressed. If the old CAI is an off the shelf aftermarket system I'd simply replace it with the identical system to get back to stoich. If you like changing different parts (cai, gears, tire size, exhaust etc.) I'd recommend buying HP Tuners. It sucks having to schedule a tune appt. anytime you change parts. It wouldn't take many driving logs (or dyno) to get the VE tables tweaked in.
